It's probably too recent to have a Scott number, but here it is in the PostBeeld free online catalogue:

Any chance that a Scott Catalog number has been assigned to this stamp yet?

It's probably a fool's errand to try to catagorize new stamps by Scott #. Collecting new issues would require patience. I expect soon there won't be yearly planned releases of catalogues, and then soon after we will need a new method altogether as the economics of stamp catalogues (& yearly album supplements) goes into the dust bin. Someone will own Scott numbers as a revenue stream for licensing the numbers to albums. I would be happy to be wrong about this.
