I know this isn't the official support site for StampSmarter, but since there seems to be a lot of overlap in users here, it seemed like a fair place to start.

I was trying to use the Plate Block Number Lookup Tool, which is a phenomenal and useful resource, and I was fairly regularly getting some errors like below. After refreshing the page and starting over, it would normally work the second or third try. Sometimes I could lookup 4 or 5 numbers in a row and it would work fine, other times it failed 2 or 3 times in a row... I had a few dozen Washington Franklin plate numbers I was trying to look up and it took longer than anticipated to get through them all.

Here is the text of the stack trace if that is at all helpful.

Here is a different error I got when I first started. There is no sign-in password for StampSmarter, is there?

A few errors I found in the data:

412 is Perf 8 1/2 vert not horiz.

463 is Perf 10, not Perf 10 vert

Every plate number that I looked up for 343-347 gave me double results.

I'd be happy to help fix these database errors if I only knew how. Maybe someone here knows someone who is able to fix them. If not, no biggie, just fyi. I will enjoy continuing to use the tool for as long as it works.

Edit: for long lines in the http copy/paste that was messing up the formatting.
