Looking For Yukon And Nwt Cannabis Revenue Stamps

Greetings All,
I am trying to complete my collection of Canadian Cannabis revenue stamps.
Currently I need NWT (2), YUKON (2), and Nova Scotia(1). I have others for trade.
Tried finding stamp collectors up there but no luck so far. Does anyone know someone who would be willing to carefully cut the stamp from the packaging (gummy packaging works best) and mail them to me. Of course I would pa a reasonable fee for the service.

I love your page layout for these stamps. Its very nice. I also collect all kinds of tax and revenue stamps. I have never seen these particular stamps but it looks like I have to add them to my BOLO (Be On the Look Out) for list.

I didn't know that Canada has these. A number of US states have had stamps, and there are the federal ones as well. Interesting.

Try ebay - found the Nova Scotia one as item 334901903697, many others listed.

Wow! Those prices are crazy. Way too much for a tax stamp. Probably cheaper to buy a small item yourself at that cost, even if you dont use it, remove the stamp and gift to a friend who uses it.

Hey No1philatelist - yeah that's crazy the prices people are asking. Believe me I would order from the missing provinces but that is not allowed under the law. Legal cannabis dispensaries can only sell to addresses in their own province/territory. Hence the reason I am trying to find someone who lives there that would be willing to make the purchase and send the empty packaging to me. I would pay for the purchase and shipping and not really interested in the product, just the revenue stamp for my collection.

Have you contacted any dispensaries directly about their thoughts on acquiring what you want?

Hello Rogdcam, I did try to locate some and attempted to email them but have had no replies. May have to pick up the phone and see what I can find.

It might be worth it. Maybe they can ask a customer to save some wrappers instead of tossing them.
