I like the Bindertek "One-Touch" binders.
They have metal bumpers, a spine pocket, "Ball-and-socket" ring closures, and a finger-hole for easy shelf selection.

The 2" binder comes with($34) or without($20) a slipcase.
Available in 1.5", 2", 3", 4" and 5.5" sizes.
