I found this imperf polish stamp 1919 Polish overprint on Austrian stamp , but it also has a 15h overprint as well., may be a postal stationary cut square perhaps? any help appreciated. regards, Martin
I've definitely seen postal cards "similarly" overprinted. In looking at my images, the first one I saw had a solid block obliterating the original value. I can keep looking for other scans, but this definitely smells like postal stationery.
