Found this one and I thought I'd post it.
I've checked both Scott and Yvert et Tellier, and neither mention a #35 not on blue paper. If it was ink, I'd think color changeling, but does blue paper ever change to yellow/brown/bronze?

No mention of a variety, but this one is curious. Variety is on the left, normal blue paper version is on the left. Opinions?

French Guinea, not Guyana.

May have been dyed with a pH-sensitive dyestuff. For example, Litmus made from lichen turns from blue to yellow in certain acidic situations.

Geoff, thanks for the heads up-- I knew that and I always have to catch myself with the similarity.

Bee- I would wonder though if it was a dye, if it would affect the ink. I may have to send this one in for cert.

Thanks to both, Ray
