Nice looking cover. Moldova. Cannot advise on authenticity. If cancel and stamps genuine being tied to clean cover it could be a sought after piece. I see pencilled price at bottom right of $2500.00
I see the similar pairs of stamps, but cancelled by boxed FRANCO handstamp, alone on piece selling for hundreds and thousands of chf- swiss francs on SAN.

Forgery for me. The trumpet form is all wrong; also smaller than the genuine.
The letters are thin and spaced poorly. The postmarks are vey dubious....

Uhhh...few philatelists said the same on the first look...but after some closer looking, they said that this item was definitely on the auction before.
Left side of the letter has been obviously under effect of glue or water, and there in a number on the top which is a auction number, and numbers of the bottom which suggest price change.
After that observation no one said it was fake, but no one claimed it is genuine. Tough one...

Having been in an auction, unfortunately, is not a certificate stating it is genuine. Auctioneers do get things wrong every now and then.

Go search on the stampauctionnetwork for it. Depending on the auction house that might give you some reassurance.
