That image I posted is shown upright in all applications and on all devices I have used. It was taken upright. Only after uploading it here does it show landscape.
This type of issue also occurred with the old uploader as there is something in the metadata that is not recognised. That old one stopped running into this issue. I have not seen a functionality in the current uploader that would allow rotating a picture.
