The Norway Posthorn 10 in carmine that you show is the 1899 issue printed by Knudsen, plate II. It has a value of about 10 cents, extremely common. There are about 22 separate issues of the 10 red of which Scott lists the most common of these (1877-1919).

It should be mentioned that often there are significant differences in CV between used and mint copies of the same stamp.
The German Germania sets differ in perforation, down to 1/4 point, in WM, and more.
The Norwegian Posthorn differs in perforation, fonts, engraving, and more.
All these affect the value.
