When I first saw this category topic, it reminded me of an article from decades ago in a BIA (Bureau Issues Association) United States Specialist issue.
Although the stamp was intended to be representative of U.S. Army troops marching through Paris, the engraving on the stamp (from an original photograph) resulted in recognizable living persons. (Note: Text below and images from The Swedish Tiger website).
