Show Your US 1851-57 Imperforate Stamps

I would like some review of this image please. AI has it as 32R5L WITH HIGH PROBABILITY. The next choice is 32R5E. First choice an 11A and looks good. The second choice is a 10A and it also looks real good. The cover that it is on is cancelled July 3 and is also docketed July 3, 1855. The first use for # 11 is 3-28-55 and I guess that it is possible that at that time one might have been able to get either the 10 or 11 in use as postage.
I tried to get a better image of this stamp and this is the best I have to this writing.

Using the image with the black Philadelphia Jan 22 CDS 32R5L looks correct to me. As you may know, Philadelphia abruptly changed from blue to black CDS ink on about January 14, 1854, so there is essentially zero chance the stamp in the posted image is a #10A.

Would you please clarify your comments about the cover it being on being canceled Jul 3 and docketed July 3, 1855?

Thanks for showing those July 4 postmarks, ioagoa. That first one is a real beauty, and it looks like yellowish rose red!

Here's a 71R4 with a July 4 postmark and a bottom label block connected to the lower-right diamond block variety.

If anybody else has any 1851 imperfs with Independence Day cancels -- now is the time to show them !!

At the time, July 4 was just another work day, so covers are around. Revenue cancellations are also around.

Thank you for noting that back in 1851, July 4 was just another workday for the Post Office -- and I believe the same is true for New Years Day and Christmas -- all of which makes February 29 the toughest date to find on any denomination of the 1851 -- 1857 imperfs -- (as there were only 2 leap years during the 1851 through 1857 period -- one in 1852 and the other in 1856).

Agreed that 1/1, 7/4, and 12/25 are not all that scarce -- but still -- it is fun to see a showing of these CDS dates as each holiday rolls around.
