I also receive auto-confirmation of my messages, but that is as far as it goes. I also receive marketing blurb and other nonsense but never notifications of client orders and messages and absolutely no response from their support.
I have been trading on Stampworld for 10 years. No problems up until about 6 months ago when things started to go 'south'...
Works great as a catalogue and it used to be an easy-to-use selling platform. I have over 40,00 stamps on offer on Stampworld, but I am slowly and painfully moving them to another platform.
