As others have said more or less, there are some Countries that carry a reputation when it comes to philatelic shenanigans and manufactured value ("errors") and Liberia is right at or very near the top of the list.

Bileski has been mentioned more than once for good reason. He enterprisingly created a market. Many "errors" of Liberia were intentional and exist in numbers that outstrip demand. Others "escaped" the printer.

It is a highly specialized area best described as a minefield. Any suggested sales values should be taken with a grain of salt. Use the ebay advanced search to find sold results. Those are real market numbers, not wishful thinking or trolling for suckers.

PS: The part imperf block with the SON cancel is obviously made for collectors.
