SIERRA LEONE # 170 (SW), issued in 1937. The postmark is a registration oval.

BRITISH GUIANA # 66 issued in 1882 showing the ship known as the Sandbach.
The Sandbach was a prominent 19th-century frigate and sailing vessel operated by Sandbach Tinne & Co. The Liverpool-based firm dominated maritime trade and sugar plantations between Great Britain and British Guiana (now Guyana). The ship is famous in philately and was featured on several British Guiana postage stamps issued between 1860 and 1923 (such as the 1889 and 1923 issues). The vessel was used to transport not only plantation goods like sugar, rum, and cotton, but also the indentured laborers brought to the colony following the abolition of slavery.

ST. HELENA
#79 & 80 (SW). The series from which these two values come from was first issued in 1923 through to 1937. As mail from this small community was relatively uncommon, many collectors looking for postmark copies of these stamps arranged for letters to receive postal cancellation. And that is why both stamps today are from St. Helena. The collector requesting the postmark for his set of stamps probably had them all cancelled on the same day. Unfortunately, the year date was not captured on the stamps.
