Hello. I got these is a collection I won in an in person auction. I believe they are US Scott # R129, R130, and R131.
Can anyone help to confirm I am correct or am I off base?

They would be if authentic. The perforations are all crudely manufactured, and the designs do not appear to be as sharp as they should for the authentic printed stamps. These may be photocopies of the stamps from and auction catalog or other source. Does the paper appear to be like other stamps of this issue?

They are not genuine, the perforations are terrible. They are copied; examples like these have been around for years. Get your money back.
