The video you posted is almost 2 1/2 hours long. Which part would be of interest to us?

I have a similar application for colour measurements called ChromaMate, but I believe it is far easier to use than Stan's app.

This introductory video is also considerably shorter than the BESG one

I guess each person would have to answer that one for themselves . One of the things I was curious about if anyone had watched the presentation …. The whole application seems interesting to me. And , there was more covered that just color identification.

What a waste of time and energy - bottom line - save image of a stamp and get the RGB readout and compare with another stamp's RGB readout. Great if every stamps was scanned at the same time on the same scanner, etc - not the next best thing certainly.

Sorry, I am getting tired of "fake" science in all aspects of life -it has no place in philately.

They're both "fake" ? I thought Stanley's was to build a color library and the other ( I think , I haven't looked at it ) is to analyze and compare??? But like I said I haven't looked at it or Stanley's. Stanley's is suppose to have a perf. Id tool too.
