belated reply, but just now stumbled over this thread.
Your card is addressed to Otsu city in Omi province and its arrival marking (bisected type) is on the bottom portion of the card. The date in this marking is 37.10.25 (October 25, 1904)
The sender states his address as Tokyo Ushigome district. Otherwise his handwriting is difficult to read
