This is a Buy it now, and since it has no certificate, you can pick it up for $103.00 PayPal.
It has a NYFM cancel, almost sock on nose (does a NYFM cancel fit on a large banknote?) there is number penciled on the back, but who knows if it is correct?
Pretty sure it is vertically ribbed, but I don't issue certs, take a look at the scans and the photo.
