Guereza, squirrel monkey, common marmoset; and a snow monkey surrounded by brown capuchins

I am taking a break until the end of December traveling and hoping to see lots of animals!

Thanks, Cobie! enjoy your travelling!

The Czech Republic issued on September 24, 2025 a very attractive SS designed by Jaromír Knotek and Libuse Knotkova, titled "Stars of Prague Zoo". It devoted to the zoo's western lowland gorillas (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) and portrays individual gorillas from the zoo's breeding group, including several generations. Six different gorilla are depicted in the SS margin.

The SS contains two stamps depicting Richard and Moja.

Richard - The impressive adult male, born in 1991, he arrived from Paignton Zoo in England and became the dominant silverback of Prague's gorilla group.

Moja - Born in 2004, she was the first gorilla born in a Czech or Slovak zoo. Her name means "First." The stamp shows her at two and seven years old. She moved to Spain in 2011, where she later gave birth to Duni.
