As to your question, the offset adds about 50%-75% or so to the value of such without the offset. As noted the cancel is nice addition on a used U2 cut square with a catalog of $50.
Currently two U2 listing on
ebay are at under $6.00. Sold on 10-11-26 is a very nice US cut square which sold for $13. I may add the actual listing later, but no time now.
