Redfish or salmon...check out those teeth! Seriously, though, that's an awesome cover. I sooooo envy people with artistic ability. I can't draw recognizable stick people!

Here is a fish that has not been posted. One problem - I have no idea what its native waters are. Does anyone know what nation this stamp comes from?

Wow. The folks on here are amazing, I figured it would take more than 15 minutes to ID it. What is the difference between the 530 and the 530a?

#530 is light blue background color.
#530a is a legitimate/genuine re-issue in greenish blue background color.

If you look at the postmark very carefully, you can make out the letters OLI LIBYA, which should be Tripoli, Libya.

Both stamps catalog at the Scott minimum of 20c.

A note -- many stamps of the Arabic nations are becoming hot, and the catalog prices for early and very recent issues (past 10-15 years) are going up. If you have an opportunity to obtain some post 1985 Libya at a low price, you may not get the opportunity again for a few years. Scott has begun to update the catalog prices of some of the Arab nations to reflect this upward trend of the past couple of years. But there are still many issues that are unvalued or undervalued. However, beware of early Persia (Iran) as many counterfeits and forgeries exist. Most collections I've seen of Persia are majority counterfeits/forgeries/reprints, so purchase those with caution.
