Hi Nells250 - to answer your question earlier, Gromit is carrying a Christmas pudding (my favourite), but it is also called a Plum pudding, and maybe even a Figgy pudding. These two terms are probably outdated now. If you have Christmas pudding, don't forget to douse it in brandy and set it alight.

"Home-Grown Vegetables" from Thailand, 2011. Tomato, lime, bottle gourd and pumpkin. The veg are shaped as hearts to promote healthy eating. The heart shapes are finished with spot UV varnish.

Hi nethryk - beautiful stamps from Cambodia! Is that cinnamon? Here we call those custard apples - pull the scales off to reveal creamy fruit inside.

Strange how "pudding" in America is totally different than in England!

Spanishmoss asked (p4) if the blueberries-blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) pie stamp (2006 Finland Scott#1267) was part of a set. It was issued by itself. The plant and its berry is sometimes called bilberry.

James: in the last few years I have embarked on cataloguing my stamps rather than just putting them over the pictures in albums and am thinking of making Argentina my next country to tackle. Is your fruit stamp the 1936 Argentina Scott#447?

Edit: James: no need to reply - confirmed image using ebay

Cynical: There are at least two other printings of the fruit stamp. I've got another that has a darker blue. I can get the info and a pic of the other for you later if you like. In the middle of something right now (took a quick look at SCF while working, naughty me!)
