Wildflower Honey, issued by Israel on September 18, 2019 to celebrate the New Hebrew Year. The stamps are in a shape of an apple and each has a bee. Apple dipped in honey is eaten in the Hebrew New Year Festival to usher in a sweet New Year.

Today is the last day of the Hebrew New Year festival. During this festival, Jews eat apple in honey, as a symbol for happy and sweet New Year and for good fortune. This set, issued for the Hebrew New Year started in 2009, shows this custom. The tabs of each stamp show the development of apiculture in Israel:
