I didn't revive this thread! Don't blame me! Though I will keep it rolling:  Hard to read, but the bottom one is dated 1962.  Two more modern ones from the time frame where cancels were getting more and more unreadable. |

Q/ Would that not have read better as "NOON IS NOT TOO SOON"?
The contraction seems to dampen the flow of the words.
