I imagine these stamps have been seen before in some thread, but I cannot get a reference to pop up. They were found among some Mexican stamps, most likely because of the Mexico in the Upper Right Hand Corner, but I have not had much luck in finding out about the stamps themselves.

Likewise, Google, Bing and Wikipedia do not supply me with any easy information either about the company or the stamps.

Obviously a private carrier Label of some sort but not one that I am familiar with. Any input would be appreciated.

Take a look at this link to a 1903 edition of the Scott Catalog wherein it appears these stamps were listed at one time:

http://books.google.com/books?id=s9...2C412&edge=0

Subsequent web searching suggests that the stamps could be bogus, but are more likely a private issue stamp that met with limited use. In fact, there is some comment that used examples may not even exist or ones that allegedly do, are highly questionable at best, leaving it open to conjecture as to whether the stamps saw any legitimate postal duty or if they are just to be classified as "cinderellas".

Maybe some other SCF members can shed further light on this.

I also found reference made as to these "cinderellas" suggesting that the Scott Stamp Monthly of July 2004 (page 29) had an article on the subject. Would anyone have an archive of the SSM to find that particular article?
