Pshann, The '02' on your first postmark is the year slug i.e. 1902. The canceller number would be below that, i.e. not shown on your stamp.
Your second stamp successfully shows the canceller number on the Sydney postmark, i.e. 22. |

Hi Pshann, In your first stamp the 02 is the year, ie: 1902. Your second stamp is what we're looking for; the 22 at the base being the device number.  |

Nice array Pshann, you must have quite an extensive stock to draw these out.
The vertical pair needs a gentle part hinge on the back to prevent separation and possible loss.

Again, more nice examples, what it indicates to me, is a collector that is not hindered by damaged stamps, has kept some "on piece" , multiples, and so on.
In doing so, it shows, philatelic history is preserved, and information can be gleaned by such an approach.
