I'm a Korea collector (modern), but I do believe this is Japan rather than Korea based on the flower (chrysanthemum) motif. Not found in a quick look at SG Japan & Korea. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I'm sure a specialist will be along soon!

These are Japanese general revenues of the Taisho series of 1924 (if the watermark has zigzag lines) or 1937 (if the watermark has lines with semi-circular sections).

The characters that look like "EP" are on quite a few Japanese revenues.

The green wavy

The other I'm not sure might be too damaged (wavy)?

The second one looks like the other watermark, with straight line and curved segments.

At the top left of your photo you have a short vertical line in between two curved sections, curved out to the right above it and out to the left below.

Caveat: Novice collector in this discipline.
Best I can suggest Catalogue Shimomura 2003 pages 32-35
(I cannot even read the Revenue values)
8 of the 16, I believe.
Values in Rin and Sen and Yen.
