On November 22, 1991 Norway issued a Christmas, one-pane booklet of 10 (2 designs x 5) stamps. Stamps depict "Children guised as Christmas bucks" (Facit). On one of the stamps (Facit #1127) a boy is carrying a lit lantern attached to a staff.

This April 13, 2014 "green letter" (20 grams domestic) rate stamp of France is from a one-pane "Save the Environment" booklet of 12 different designs. Stamp (Sc #4599) depicts a spiral compact fluorescent (CFL) bulb. These bulbs were developed as a replacement for the less efficient incandescent bulb, but have since been replaced by the LED bulb.

On May 15, 1991 New Zealand issued a one-pane (5 x 40c) booklet of five different "Happy Birthday" stamps. One of the stamps (SG #1598) depicts a birthday cake with lit candles.
