It looks like the yellow is missing on the pair? I did a close up of my stamp and then the correct color stamp.

Everything is faded in your stamp. Even the paper is no longer white-ish.
This is a sure sign the stamp was tampered with, whether intentionally or not is anyone's guess.
Usually the yellow color pigments are prone to be attacked by uv light (exessive sunshine) or chemistry.

"Yellow omitted" stamps require a certificate as there are just too many hobby chemists trying to create a rarity. Your stamp is almost certaily not a genuine color omitted error.

Yeah I was trying to compare stamp images without the yellow in it but in my example the red kept coming up too pale and the black to faded.
