Do you have a catalogue? And have you searched this board for the similar discussions especially with regards to fakes of which there appear to be many?
The stamp is a very low quality fake and the issues illuminated in your other post regarding the 20 Centavo, along with others, apply here as well. The engraving on the genuine stamp is far superior what you are showing. There is no comparison. I gave you a good quality scan of a multiple of the 20 Centavo issue here:
