KGV 3 half pence not sure about year probably 1910 to 1936. Will appreciate your thoughts if this stamp is just inverted or reverse and inverted. Will also appreciate some advise if this stamp has any value. Thank You.

If the stamp had any value it'll be gone by now. Please quit handling these with your fingers! Buy tongues instead

The short perforations at top mean it is a stamp from a booklet pane. Half the booklet stamps had the watermark inverted. This is "Block Cypher." The stamp in good condition has little more than a minimum value. With the shortish perforations it is not worth more than 10 to 20 pence on a good day.
