Jeff is currently outside sniffing daisies, pleased that he now knows about Granada, mail from the internment camp at Perote Mexico, the British Jubilee issue, and the Netherlands triangular stamp.

I hope he will pass his history exam. The Cape of Good hope was not part of the Dutch colonial empire in 1853.
