I hope this goes through Im sorry it has taken me a while but I have got 1 picture up of koala up a tree 1937 I have yet to get the 1938 one up Im not much chop with computers Might have to make it bigger

THE KOALA IS ON THE 3RD PICTURE ON THE BOTTOM small but the koala is in the tree

A very poor picture to work with, but I snipped out the 3rd stamp and have circled the koala with a yellow circle as shown below:

I agree, it is the Koala in the tree, which is known in the Brusden White as the poorly named (in my opinion), "Colour Flaw adjoining tree above office at right". Nice find, as it is valued at AUS$175 in my 2024 book. I'm still looking for one, so the hunt continues.

No, but you could have lost all that white space, which counts as the size of your post, which would, in effect, make your image 'bigger'.

You'll notice that almost all pics here (most are really scans) are just the image of a stamp, cover, or card, with no background.

Your first pic is 98.2KB, about 2/3 of which is white or blank.
