It is die II. Stanley Gibbons misses one of the simplest identifiers. They, even depict it. The square dots and lines are never exactly that. However, the numeral "5" in die I touches the bottom frame. In die II, it does not. It is best visible in the righthand value.
Your stamp does not have the numeral touch the bottom of the frame.
I have written the catalogue editor pointing at this: they replied they would look at it. I never heard from him again.
