These two stamps issued by private courier Pete's Post of New Zealand depict wind farms. The 35c local delivery stamp shows the Tararua Wind Farm of Manawatu, and the 45c stamp depicts the Apiti Wind Farm.

This French stamp of 2014 shows a replacement fluorescent bulb and proclaims "Save Energy". Earlier on this thread the USA's 2011 "Go Green" sheet was posted. One of the stamps from that sheet similarly depicted a fluorescent bulb.

Today, more people are switching to LED bulbs. According to several internet sources, the LED bulbs are around 30% more energy efficient than fluorescent bulbs, they do not contain mercury, they do not emit non-visible (UV) light, and they have a beam of 110 degrees versus fluorescent bulbs 360 degrees, which gives much more efficient lighting.

This May 22, 2006 issue of Portugal promotes the use of solar energy. A stylized roof with solar panels is featured. Michel catalogs this stamp as Portugal #54.1, with a 13mm wide value printing by SMD Informatica's MS Post VE 50.

This personalized postage (Marke Individuell) stamp of Germany advertises Prokon Regenerative Energies, aG.

From Wikipedia, "based in Itzehoe (Schleswig Holstein) is the largest energy cooperative in Germany with 39,000 members...Prokon operates 63 wind farms in Germany and Poland with a total of 362 wind turbines."

Here is another "sustainable energy" personalized postage stamp (Marke Individuell) from Germany. This one depicts an electric car of SWB Company. SWB is a utility providing energy and telecommunications in the Bremen and Bremerhaven areas. It is a subsidiary of EWE, an international utility that operates in Germany and Turkey.

Here is an image of an engraved stamp entitled "One Earth," designed by Hédi Selmi (1934-1995), and issued by Tunisia on June 5, 1972 to publicize the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment held in Stockholm, Sweden from June 5-16, 1972, Scott No. 578.
