The design shows a piece of Swiss chocolate. KuoLC5310 you posted just one piece (stamp) and Nells250 three pieces from the UL top row. Here is the entire pane and full candy bar:   It is Scott Switzerland #1100. It is a scratch and sniff stamp which produces the odor of chocolate. Edit: Split one sentence into two. |

@KuoLC5310, those two Hungarian chocolate bars are called "cat tongues", hence the cat's head. The chocolate bars are just somewhat larger than actual cat's tongues. |

You know the Tax Man is gonna grab a handful!! The following is a page for Kentucky Sales Tax stamps, and it specifically calls out "candy". "For tax on sale of candy, nuts, and chewing gum" The 1 cent through 5 cent aren't too difficult to find, but the 20 cent is a challenge. These were designed to be ripped in half, with the top staying with the retailer, and the bottom to the customer when a purchase was made.  |
