Strange perforation format.
For a modern souvenir sheet generally the perfs are specific to the stamp shape, and not invading the selvage.

Portuguese colonies Sports series from 1962. I also have Mozambique, Guinea, Port. India and Macau sets of these. Missing the Timor set. All have different designs. I'll try to post the others soon.
