I have no idea, well, actually a guess maybe,
chocks on ropes going up the side of the hull
that we cannot see.
The tide going out would assist by rmoving some
sand around the small keel under the weight of the ballast.
It was a regular occurence, so there was some sort of regime
in place, but to me it looks hairy.
You wouldn't want the ship's comapany
to all rush to one side of the ship :)
