That last scan of a FDC for Keep America Beautiful is interesting on two counts:

First, the CDS shows the day of the month with a comma following it as in "28," ... an unusual occurrence, as most times the comma is omitted.

Also, that Artmaster cachet reminds you to "avoid pollution of the land, water and air..." but ignores the stamp that says "Save Our Cities", which is the source where all the pollution of the land, water and air typically occurs!
