No, this is the 5 Pfennig stamp from the first set denominated in the new currency. This set was issued on December 1, 1923.

From Michel: "one Rentenmark (new currency) = 1 trillion paper (old currency) Mark."

So, the old inflation period stamps could still be used in December 1923, and these December covers are very desirable.

I have a similar stamp with different printing error ...there is error in the in 1
On the base and I think M in million also has error.This is the only stamp I found with error in this stamp.
