Cataloging Poland yesterday I found this thing masquerading as a postage stamp.
Methinks it should go in the "looking for a new home" file.




Edit: Just realized, this may from a "general" rather than a "stamp" expo

I think my US 1939 was the same,
a general expo.

You have to watch Cinderellas,
they often masquerade as real stamps,
they feel being "back of book" is somehow
demeaning.
A little coaxing should do the trick.
