I have just submitted $20.00 more and requested that the packet be sent to Department of Veteran's Affairs for use by our veterans in VA medical facilities. I still have more of these packets.
I contacted both Mike and Dianne through the board asking for mailing addresses to send the packets, but I don't believe I ever heard from either one.
Since this board does not have a real PM system, only email, please make sure that your email address in your board options is current.

Hi Revenuecollector - I never saw an email unless it ended up in my spam. I have gotten an email from someone else though.
Appreciate the effort and giveaway though. I'm down to only missing a couple of those now so it probably wouldn't be worth the postage. Thanks anyway. Hopefully someone else can use them.
