Vilenica Cave

Vilenica Cave is located next to the village of Lokev in the municipality of Sežana on the Karst Plateau in southwestern Slovenia. Until the mid-19th century it was known as the largest, most magnificent, and most frequently visited cave of the Classical Karst. Vilenica Cave is more than 1,300 m in length with a depth of 180 m, but tourists can only visit the first 450 m of the cave.

The limestone cave offers important evidence (artifacts and wall paintings) of the continuity of life in the area through historic ages. The cave boasts notable invertebrate fauna and numerous kinds of bats, some of which being endemic of Prespa region alone.

Here are images of the two stamps in a cave art set depicting, respectively, a woman gathering honey, Cuevas de la Arańa; and a horse, Cueva de Tito Bustillo, printed by photogravure, and issued by Spain on April 28, 1975 as EUROPA stamps, Scott Nos. 1884 & 1885.

Harrison's Cave

Harrison's Cave is a natural limestone cave in the country of Barbados, first discovered in 1795. The cave became a tourist attraction since 1981.
The stamp set depicts the following scenes:
10c; twin falls,
20c: stream in rotunda room,
55c: formations in rotunda room,
$2.50: cascade pool.

The Cave of St. George is the major tourist attraction of the city of Kilkis. The cave system has two levels with an area of over 1000 square meters and a total length of explored paths of 300 meters. It features a rare decoration of coral material and numerous stalactites and stalagmites.

The Caves of Meghalaya comprise a large number of limestone caves in the Jaintia, Khasi Hills and Garo Hills districts in the Indian state of Meghalaya, and are among the longest caves in the world.
