I am a small seller over on BidStart, and have been there about 8 years. (Just checked the date.) The customer support service used to be excellent. I haven't submitted any kind of request like that in the past several months, so I can't speak specifically to it now. However, I think it's fair to say that the site is experiencing some growing pains with its acquisition by Stanley Gibbons. Hopefully that'll be temporary, and hopefully that explains why you haven't received a response yet. I hope it gets resolved for you very soon.

The good news is that I did finally get an email from support, and they manually reset my password. I can now log in.

As for S.G. now owning them, would that be like Scott buying ebay? Forgive me if this is a stupid question... I have no actual experience with Stanley Gibbons.

First, glad you got a response and that you can get back on the BidStart site.

As for your question, I was waiting for someone more knowledgeable than I to address it. I'll just say this: unlike the modern-day Scott, Stanley Gibbons sells stamps, both through direct sale and through auctions. (I believe when Mr. Scott was around, he sold directly; I'm not sure about auctions. But, the important point is, he was a dealer.)
