StampStudy - Thanks! I have found that photo scanning technology greatly enhances one's pleasure in viewing postage stamps, particularly intaglio (recess) line engraved stamps, which are my principal collecting interest. - nethryk

Cape hunting dogs (Lycaon pictus), designed and engraved by Jacques Combet after an image by French zoologist Pierre-Louis Dekeyser (1914-1984), and issued by Ivory Coast in 1963 as one of a set of ten stamps publicizing the Réserve de Bouna National Park, Scott No. 209.

Someone here mentioned squirrel with one stamp from full set of Yugoslavia, and recently I was in Belgrade Kalemegdan Park, where few of them freely run around visitors, and be sure - it is great pleasure to sit and near You will come "family" of squirrel, sit near You in one row, and they will wait for some food. I like them well.
