This computer-vended stamp of Santa Claus Land (now Santa Claus Village) Finland was issued on June 1, 1994. It was vended from a Frama FE 154 machine (Switzerland). The stamps were sold until July 2, 1995 but they were valid for postage until December 31, 2011. This is Michel #19.

Santa Claus Land/Village is a popular tourist destination which includes sleigh rides and a snowmobile museum (Santa's House of Snowmobiles). From Wikipedia: "The Arctic Circle cuts right through Santa Claus Village...Visitors officially enter the Arctic area when they cross the line. The line is a very popular photo spot for visitors."

From 2001 to 2009, Jersey took an easy and economical approach to its Christmas stamp issuance. The same 10 designs were used for 3 years, and the stamps were 2 different self-adhesive coil rolls of 5 designs. So, the 2002-3 stamps (10 designs) were the same as the 2001 stamps (10 designs), except for the small year imprint. Same thing for the 4004-6 and 2007-9 stamps.

The stamp on the left *Scott #1011p) is from 2003, and the one on the right is from 2004 (Sc #1144c). Bottom stamp is Scott #1294l from 2008. All of these stamps are identical in size and have the same die cut.

Santa trudges through the snow on this Finnish anti-tuberculosis Christmas seal of 1948. The seal appears to have been perforated using a sewing machine. This variety can sometimes be found on older stamps.
