Merry Christmas 1920 NOISY-LE-SEC and MUNSTER (Haute-Rhin) Peace Aid and Labour. Arms of Noisy-Le-Sec Azure, 2 stalks of wheat in saltire between 3 nuts and a bunch of grapes slipped and leaved argent. Any suggestions as to the (broken) hellical striped Post ? |

I stand corrected ,thanks Geoff,  I did hesitate, then thought they may be interchangeable. Designer : Possibly Tom A Lettelier (Common French surname) Anyone spot the man in the window? (Vayolene's Pcard) I can imagine what he is thinking  |

The "Sheila" design looks similar to some Republic of South Africa stamps of the 1960s - 70s. Also, the hair style seems to fit that era. |
