Here is Estonia's 2012 Year of the Dragon greetings stamp.

On January 1, 2000 Singapore issued this set of two stamps (S.G. #s 1024-5) to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Stamps were issued as separate sheets, but also in se-tenant sheets of both values.

Here is the 20c +5c value from a set of four Spanish anti-tuberculosis charity stamps. All values are of identical design, but are printed in different colors with the Red Cross of Lorraine.

This October 1, 1999 oval-shaped, 46c stamp (Sc#1811d) of Canada depicts a dragon centipede kite. It is from a booklet pane of four different kite stamps of different, die-cut shapes.

On October 10, 2008 Lithuania issued this stamp (Sc #880) depicting the coat of arms of Joniskis. Joniskis is in the north central part of country, 14 km. (8.7 miles) from the Lithuania-Latvia border.

From heraldry-wiki.com, "The arms were granted on July 4, 1616 by King Sigisimund Vasa and were officially re-granted on April 17, 1991. The arms symbolize the fight against Protestantism: the Vasa dynasty especially liked such usage of St. Michael. The arms were used until the end of the 18th century."

Here is a July 10, 2010, 1.35 litas stamp (Sc #921b) of Lithuania showing a small, circa 1852 statue of St. George and the dragon. It is one of a se-tenant pair issued to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Kretinga Museum. Kretinga is in western Lithuania, around 25 km north of Klaipeda (Memel).
