If I have a British Guiana 1c magenta, I might think about it ! Not for a prexie !

I would not have PSA entomb a Prexie or any stamp let alone a very high catalogue stamp.

I do, however, think that the junk stamps would sell better in this format to the uninformed. A cert. and a slab and a laugh.
