Another clue is that the lettering is not all on the same line; there are letters above and below others. That is almost never true on official handstamp or printed overprints from technologically developed countries.

And for another thing or two, the ink is quite a bit brighter blue in color and is over the cancellation as can be seen by the e in poste.

One more thing: the wing tip on the right is quite a bit different on the originally posted stamp. It is very rounded and doe not have the sharp straightedge underneath.

Here is the closeup of the overprint from the 2010 Stanley Gibbons France catalogue.

Partime, nice used stamp with some sort of aviation cancel? You can also clearly see the cancellation over the overprint. As for backstamped expertised, I am no expert and am quite skeptic as they can be made up too! I wonder where that black ink spot on back came from?

I Don't think the position of the tail wheel between "T" & "E" is criteria for genuine stamp
identification.These in a Roumet auction (cover).

In some cases the tail wheel may be found just before the "T".

After reading and looking at the Rich Noddy site, all of these look like they may be forgeries.

A great example of an issue that should not be purchased without a certificate.

For #C1, the basic stamp is in a characteristic dull orange. This thread shows the differences in lighting and scanning we find online. The Richnoddy image is the color that should be expected. For what it's worth, #246, the Le Havre Exhibition overprint, also forged, is on yet another different shade.

The used pair shown appears genuine but perhaps more importantly is signed by Roger Calves. The blowup below is a forgery.

Don't depend on catalog pictures to determine genuineness. As we can see, they are not sharp enough to make a proper comparison. Secondly, while (for example) Scott has replaced and upgraded almost all their images which once included drawings and forgeries, they have replaced some of them again with reprints and forgeries.
